Terms of sale

The house

These terms cover watches and related services offered by AH Limited, Block 39, Off Iwo Road, Gbongan, Osun State, Nigeria. The house is an independent retailer. Names such as Rolex, Omega, Grand Seiko, Tudor, and others are trademarks of their owners. AH Limited is not an official boutique of those houses unless a page says so in those words.

Prices

Prices on the site are in US dollars, as kept in the collection. Carriage is not added in the cart. The house quotes insured delivery to your city before a parcel leaves Gbongan.

When Paystack is live and the house has set a naira rate, the checkout page shows the naira amount that will be charged for the watches. That rate is the one used for that payment. Duties charged by a country outside Nigeria are the client’s to pay.

When a sale is made

Putting a piece in the cart does not buy it. A reservation holds it while the house confirms details with you. Where Paystack takes the payment successfully, the sale of those pieces is made at that payment. Until then, the house may decline an order that it cannot fulfil, and will say so.

Most pieces are one of one. If two people reach the last example together, the first reservation that the system accepts is the one that stands.

The piece you receive

Each listing states the reference, metal, dial, movement, and what accompanies the watch, such as box and papers, box only, papers only, or a presentation box. Pre-owned watches may show light wear consistent with their age. That wear is not a fault if the listing did not promise an unworn piece.

Title in a watch passes when it has been paid for in full and dispatched or handed over in the salon. Until a client signs for an insured parcel, the house remains responsible for it in transit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please write to the house before involving anyone else. Most questions about a piece are settled by a photograph, a viewing, or a return under the returns notice.
