Scarce pieces

These are individual watches, often pre-owned. A confirmed sale is final if you simply change your mind. The house would rather show you photographs or welcome you in Gbongan before you pay than take a piece back and forth.

If the piece does not match its listing

If the watch differs in a material way from the reference, metal, dial, or accompanying items on its page, write within 48 hours of delivery to info@adedolapohublimited.store. Keep the piece unworn and unaltered, with everything that arrived.

If the house agrees the listing was wrong, it will arrange the return carriage and refund what you paid for the watch. A Paystack payment is refunded through Paystack. Any other payment is returned by transfer to the account you give us.

If it is not running on arrival

Write within 14 days if a watch that was described as a running piece does not run when it arrives, and you have not had it opened or worn in water. The house will help arrange a qualified watchmaker or take the piece back. Accidents, magnetism, water where the listing did not describe a water-ready watch, and work done by anyone else are outside this help.

Manufacturer warranties are included only when the listing says a current warranty card is part of the papers. Many pre-owned pieces do not have one.
