Privacy notice

Who we are

AH Limited is a private watch house at Block 39, Off Iwo Road, Gbongan, Osun State, Nigeria. For privacy questions write to info@adedolapohublimited.store or call (+234) 815 874 3174.

This notice explains what we collect when you browse the site, reserve a piece, pay, or write to the house. It is written to meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

If you place an order or send a message, we keep your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, and the note you wrote. We also keep the pieces in that order, the amount, the reference, and whether payment was completed.

The site stores a small session cookie so your cart and, if you are the house, the desk login can continue from page to page. If you join the list, we keep that email address.

We do not ask for card numbers. When Paystack is switched on, card details are entered on Paystack’s page, not on ours.

Why we keep it

We use order details to reserve the piece, arrange insured delivery or a viewing in Gbongan, and reach you about that order. That is the contract between us.

We keep records for accounting and in case a question arises about the piece you bought. Messages are kept so the house can reply. The mailing list is used only when you ask to be on it, and you can leave it by writing to us.

Pages also request typefaces from Google Fonts. That service may receive your IP address as part of loading the page.

Who else sees it

We share what a courier needs to deliver a parcel, and what Paystack needs to take a payment once that service is live. We do not sell personal information.

A hosting or database provider may store the site’s files and database on our instructions.

How long, and your choices

Order records are kept for as long as accounting, tax, and questions about a piece require. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we no longer need for those duties. Write to info@adedolapohublimited.store.

You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you believe your information has been misused.
